- Mr. Campton (?) threatened to tear up track unless I came down and settled about the lease. Agreed on same terms as last year, $125 for 1 yr from 1 Nov. Howard Ayers land I've agreed on $150 for one year. Please have leases drawn up for these two. John Ayers and Noe brothers will probably want more than last year, and also to be paid for putting land back when we're done with it.
