- Editor's Notes
- Replied to inquiry of Mr [Thomson?] of Staten Isl Telephone Co that we'd show him the electric rwy. Took [indicator?] cards yesterday but as it rained the entire night before there were considerable variations. Freight locomotive armature got very warm when 6,600 feet away from cable; field coils also hot. Enclose card taken with track out; track in; field in; then track, field, and armature all in together. TAE spoke of coming out next week; how about if Clarke comes too and makes some tests.
