Re: our interview this morning and cable you've sent to TAE, send you further explanation for TAE. Infringers of carbon telephone claim his insrtruments are mfgs under later patents, and no working ones can be made according to July 1877 patent. Need to have a few working instruments identical to those shown in patent. Trial date set for 24 April; United Tel Co will pay all costs of making these ints.
