Wired you today: "Just received following cable from Morgan London: 'Johnson says Colonial outlook not favorable may[?] necessitate our reinvestment cash help out. Have you any suggestions to make. We will cable you later about.' We [-----] to cable authorizing reinvestment retaining sufficient to cover patent outlay. Telegraph your views early." And got this reply: "Will agree to re-investment proceeds Colonial if you think necessary."
