Would like TAE to send Prof. Chas K Wead of the University of Michigan dozen lamps. Gave a letter of introduction to Le Commander Jewell to meet TAE, he would like to use electrical system to be use as a searchlight and to light up the ships. [TAE replies: "Tell Goddard" "Upton What about the Lamps"]
