Referring to his letters of the 6th and 10th inst., would like to form a joint stock co at $1,000,000 ($750,000 for the patents & $250,000 working capital) re: Alumunium for use in electric light; would like to close negotiations tomorrow 27th inst. [TAE replies: "Can't see how it would be used at that price = I am here in afternoon"]
