Rec'd TAE's letter re: trouble getting the polyform patent; can do business under "Patent applied for"; a party is suing him b/c they bought into the Menlo Park Co believing there would be a patent. Will agree if TAE will sign the assignment to the co. Must send paper by 10am Thursday morning
