suggests improvement to three wire system--to use "four wires and three dynamos in series giving a maximum pressure of 330 volts made up by three internal circuits of 100 volts each," would "complicate the system by only a slight degree", save on copper to justify use of insulated wire used in 3 colors to simplify "poling and connecting of mains and feeders" # 3rd dynamo could be multiple arced, serve as backup # marg: "you are behind in that idea" other marg difficult to read
