As promised last month, TAE is supposed to write 10 pages (4100 words) or less on Electricity as a Motor by Jan 20th; would like to know if TAE needs a short hand writer. [TAE replies: Insull tell him he must not depend - because we had to stop the tests to make another Locomotive & we would not like to publish the present results as they are not too favorable as they will be with the new Locomotive"]
