[interesting] Enclose the estimate for erection of a central station plant at St. Louis costing $115,625; includes everything except for the connection between the mains and the consumers' residences (that will be an extra cost of $4 - $30); enclose also a blue print of the plant to show to promoters of the St. Louis Co. Explains how lamps will replace gas burners. St Louis is the cheapest city for lighting; capacity equal to Pearl Street; Enclose also the contract includes the terms of payment (25% on the signing, 50% when the installation is ready, 25% when it has been ready to supply light 30 days)
