orders "referred to me by the Lamp Co" in future send invoices direct to him, "if you want bills sent direct from each shop, then it would be better to send the orders direct, but this would cause some confusion."; Lamp Co wrote him 14th: "We herewith quote prices, which we propose to charge for fibres and carbons, and would like you to mention same on order; also to have it understood that we are not responsible for breakage of carbons after they leave our factory." followed by list of items and prices
