reply to 16th, "give the gentlemen, who are going out to China to set up the machinery in Shanghai Cotton Mill, as much info as is possible considering the limited time they have to give to the work."; if given order, will need to borrow man "from your dept or the home office of the Isolated Co, to do the work"; have Mill plans, would like to get estimates from him "as to what the plant would cost put down in say a New England mill."
