Abstract

We are not unprofessional. Your complaints are over goods not made by us, and we have arranged with Bergmann to send you extra stuff, exceeding the value specified in the contract. Please send the $5,000 you owe. "There is sufficient margin left after paying us this money to enable you to discuss safely any matters wherein you think we have failed to live up to our contract. The Lawrence installation has been pecuniarily disastrous to us, and we have urgent use for the money which we now ask you to send, and we trust that we can rely upon its receipt with the next few days."
