Irt your letter of the 29th about the misurnderstanding on what you are to receive, we enclose estimates for 500 and 80 lights. Street installation is the same in each. Your company deducted some small supplies to purchase themselves. We are at a loss that you never saw the 800 light estimate. After our contract closed, you made the bldg largter and allowed us $200. We trust this explanation is satisfactory.
