- Editor's Notes
- Regarding the criticism of the old Kentucky Wooden Mills friction clutch The same clutches were used for month at the Worurmbo Mfg Co at Lisbon Falls (MA) and have given perfect satisfaction . It would be impssoble to start any piece of revolving mechanism weighing as much as the armatures at full speed of 90 or 1100 revolutions. There must be a need for a slip . The Worumbo people are not obliged to stop their mill or even slow down their speed, troubled only by "miserable" hanging of their countershafting
