I have notices the same fault with regulation man but his time sheet shows his record for every ten minutes corect he probabaly takes ten minute naps. Will give him another chance only. Mark Mayer has paid his bill his bill up to July 31 and understands he will have to pay by meter. I am waiting for him to return from the Springs before I make the change in Lamps for night. Bowman is in London, I will read the riot act to him. Humphery Establishment are making alternative. I am watching and waitng.
