"President's Memo of business for Executive committtee." 1) proposed contract for agency for developing state of Ohio. Proposed 20% commission instead of the standard 15%. 2) Argentina--carried over from last meeting. TAE expected to attend and state his view. 3) Same for Chile Co. 4) Finances: last Ex Com mtg in June recommended increase of capital stock to $1,080,00, also semi-annual dividend of 5%. 5) Gramme Co. committee on colidation. Appears that Brush and U.S. cos ready to combine with Edison; what's our position?
