Editor's Notes
Letterhead of Edison Lamp Co. The letter from the Societe Electrique Edison complaining regarding the life of the Lamps has recd careful attention# The lamps sent abroad were in excellent quality. # the lamps are the same are in various place in the country and giving satisfaction. # We want to call to your attention the need of good regulation so we don’t run the lamps woth too high of candle power. A large number of life tests we have established a table showing the lamps burned or last. This list is in the letter. We think the lamps today are more than twice as good as the lamps in this set.
