We were not able to settle definitely last Wed. as [----?] which you could build a engine . WE are working with the parties to have exclusive liscense for the work for three years from July 1 1888. # As the company can control the directors to fix the royalties Amounts are listed.# Payment to be made every six months in all engines put in use. # we believe can arrange for the same L for the territory held by the M.C. Bullock Mfg. Co. Our prsesent agreement with them give them all of Lake Michigian.{?} the other went to Misssippi.# We furnish a set of each engine you may require that yu may require we have per engine $100 per engine and make such drawings as you may mail me at the cost of such work. WE can furnish drawings and castings for the two or three sizes.
