Title
[D8336E], Letter from Hector Cameron to Thomas Swinyard, March 9th, 1883
Editor's Notes
[from Ottowa] Customs minister says they can't take a bond for re-export of key sockets, but if you write him for permission to permission to import and then re-export about 150 for "exhibition" purposes this could be arranged. Carbon filaments will be subject to 20% duty; they have no market value so Co. will have to specify actual value. Mr. Cambie says he'll get me copies of patents in question; Cambie thinks we can import the parts so long as whole isn't patented.
