Asks about testing lamps at 64cp; "do you make them give 64 candles all the time by keeping them in Photometer & regulating-- the way I do is as follows-- Test lamp in Photometer for 64 Candles & see how many volts & then keep this volts on it until it goes out regardless of candlepower-- Am I right?"
