Batch's letter is the clearest we have ever had from there. # when you took Bailey two years ago , you know Fabbri said you would regret is I guess F. had the best judgement about that -Personally I don’t think Bailey is reliable.# I suggest you cabel Insull and Batch tjo agree on best terms woth Porges they can get and Insul bring them home for our prompt action here . I don’t think Bailey should hold power of atty. E major Eaton
