Discusses proposed allocation of (B) shares. After discussion with Fabbri, Lowrey, Johnson, I withdraw my opposition to your plan if modified as follows: regarding dividend on A shares; "The company shall be called the Edison Electric Light Co or at least shall be distinguished by my name in its title solely." This condition made solely on business grounds [tortured logic follows].
