Letterhead of Waterhouse and Winterbotham # The agreement went to the Companies today and was passed . The amalgamation will now proceed and the "Edison and Swan United Electric lLight Company " wil be reigstrered in the course of a few days. Mr.douglas your representaive was there , they do not want to adjust the dividend for fear that the deal might fall apart.
