- Rcd your 1 Feb cable: "Don’t use arc light our 100 candle lamp far superior." Didn't know anything about these, but found Arnold White had brought some from NY, so we sent off two to India. This indicates we are not sufficiently aware of what you have been doing; it "would be greatly to the advantage of the Edison system if you would kindly give us a confidential hint now an dthen with reference to any particular feature of the system upon which you may be engaged." We would've sent the 100 cp lamps long ago if we'd known of it. It is rumored you're preparing an accumulator; maybe it's ready?
