Editor's Notes
Letterhead of TAE central Station Construction Dept. Below is a full statement of work done. I have been in charge of the canvassing and mapping department na I have a feww suggestions to further sytemtize the working of my department. Listing of maps which he has "turned out" ###I would call to your attention the that in Middlestown which was checked by the authority we [--] about 45% o worth of Copper in an former or standard determination of Tiffri which is the same as much as in Middlestown. ### He makes the following suggestions 1. You authoirize me to canvass, and I send in letter for your approval. 2. As soon as you apprvove the map I should send it to the agent to have ot maked off got the central station; Lights need to be counted and maked off, find burning average hours , count meters, make electrical deternination, Give wieght to length of Copper neded, Guimaraes feels fully capable and competant to do it. # Mr. Gmeir [?] is of great asssitance to me and I consider him reliable in every respect. # For practical size of wire wire we would propse adding 20% in weight to the sizes. # I would ask you authorize to order suitble arranagments to keep the maps b/c they are accumulating.
