"Very sorry not to have had the pleasure of seeing you Tuesday last which day I spent in N.Y. I [---] in your office three times but had the pleasure of seeing Maj S.B. Eaton who signed our (Harris and Robinson) contract which I have and have commended the [Roll?] in New Britain and Bristol. Will you kindly forward me care Massasoit House Springfield Mas tomorrow Friday so I may receive Saturday all papers &c relative to our business and confer a favor upon with kind regards" Includes a newspaper clipping of gas explosion at Holyoke.
