- Leonard writes re settling accounts + reports progress on # lights on circuits; company has more orders than can fill promptly; soon ready to send out bills; dicusses their procedures for running different circuits to supply customers with power at different times -- eg, nighttime, etc. talks of a "current reverser" he devised; discussed two experiments on oxidation and solution; TAE responds in draft thatthey don't want any automatic switches as system is complicated enough; big engines must be run even if there is only a single customer on the circuit
