- Letterhead of US hotel Newburgh # MR. Tate promises to send the specifications of building and estimate on Thursday but I have not received a thing I can't do a thing without without the estimate and without the buildling specifications I am afraid the delay will be fatal . The gas co. has counended{/} with the Arnoux Co, for the their light have had ordinaces passes giving then use of the streets and will be ready to light in {--} months and my stockholders are weaking unless something is done I may of well quit
