- Editor's Notes
- Referring to my interview with you as the Utica contract and asking my opinion to acceptance of the propostion of the Itoca Directors to make a contact with me to put up the plant for $37,000 the balance of my estiamte is $6,000 be paid to the light company. Iwish to place an objection to theis course being pursued in view of the fact that you propose in view if the fact that yu propose brining the matter in front of the Exec.committeee for final settlement.# the aggreement is good for the Construction Dept but not for the Light Company. # I think it beeter for the Utica company to fall through rather than have the Light Co. accept sich a proposal which would most certaintly prejudice their future business whereas the failure to close the Utica conteact this fall would have, under the worst circumstances, but a temporary affect our business.
