- YOur teleg rcd this evening. I'd already told Insull about engine trouble but the others seemed like routine difficulties. Reports various incidents of shorted wires on recent evenings (telephone wires, guy wires, tree branches). Things now working OK but "one great source of trouble is that the average Pennsylvania Dutchman expects about 1000 candles from a 10 c.p. burner and is too mean to pay for 16 cp." Troubles with voltage indicators.
