Letterhead: Thompson Derr & Brother, Insurance Agents, Wilkes Barre, PA Recd info from Jno F. Derr (Sunbury representative), will work a line of $6000 on Electric Light Plant at Sunbury - the amount will be divided into "On Building" "On Engine, boilers & connections" & "On dynamos" - the building constructed of wood - the amount is as low as possible based on similiar companies (Hanover & Phoenix of NY, PA Fire Insurance Co & North America of Philadelphia) - high figure due to the risk in a country setting than a city setting where the appliance for extinguishing fires are at a higher degree of perfection
