- Editor's Notes
- [SELECTABLE FOR TAE MARG] YOur last budget to hand. Sending new method of connecting spare dynamo to the other two. This eliminates need for breakdown switch as at Sunbury & should work OK; what do you think? Extensive (and cranky) TAE marg: "Don't see that it is essential that if the spare is on one side that the two boxes must be regulated simultaneously. You cannot raise volts on that side by raising one as it will run the other as a motor. Suppose you had 5 m achines on A side and 5 on B side don't you see that all the field resistances must be worked simultaneously on all the Dyaos on the B side if volts are to be varied on that side. How in hell could we have separate boxes. The banks are ordered and will be sent out."
