Editor's Notes
"Several of the armatures we have had reparied recently have come back here in a useless condition. We return this date one K and one L so received. This trouble has caused us very serious inconvenience and seems so entirely needless that we hope you will see the armature forwarded fro reparies are put in proper condition before returning them to us." TAE: "Soldan please report what defects were + see if you can remedy them so they will never occur again."
