Title
[D8370N], Letter from Porter Lowrey Soren and Stone, Arthur T Clarke to Samuel Insull, January 12th, 1883
Editor's Notes
Lowrey says to see his 15 December letter to TAE about inquiries to be made of Milt Adams, Geo. Andrews, et. al. as prospective witnesses in Welch v. Edison; has this been done? Do it soon--limited time in Mass. Also enclose letter from Hale & Walcott; please return with directions (or telephone instructions) how he should answer question concerning removal to US courts. Lowrey agrees that TAE's defence based so largely on equity that would be advantageous to be in US court.
