- I cut out and enclosed clip form the Daily Advocate newspaper in regard to the beleifts of the US Circuit Court. We shall not set down the case for trial. I find it desirbale to file interrogation to Mr. Adams. We need to [ruin]? Welch without delay. If we cannot get to TAE it may be well ( it will be well) such suggestions as you seem best will be appreicated. PS as [---] is absebt I beg [Lowrey's] sp? attention on the matter.
