Letter head of Waterhouse Winterbotham and Harrison London. Enclosed are the license for the use of patents for locomation which had been approved by you. Will you excute it in the presence of one witness and obtain the execution of Fabbri and Lowrey and return it. A port of the agreement will be sealed by the company Company and shall be sent to you in due course. The 3rd years duty on the English patent fall due next Sept. This patent refers exclusively to locomotion and we write to inform you that the Englsih Co, do not propose to keep it in force. I f you wish to keep it in office you should tell us or Mr. Handford.
