Letterhead of Edison Telephone Company of Europe, Limited Regarding the Agreement between Consolidated Telephone Construction Co. and the Consolidated telephone construiction & Maintence Company Limited of London. And the Edison Gower Bell Telephone of Europe This letter was wriiten expliclity ro show other members of the company that an agrrement was come about in regard to the distribution of share of for speicific personnel involved in the companies, This letter is also signed by TAE.### This company is entitled to some part of the 175,000 shares of equalling one pound each. Colonel Gourand of London is is now in the States and will be retunring shortly to England and it is important that the division of shares has to be agrred upon before he leaves. This matter has bot be taken care of for nearly a year and people I Laondon and dissatified by the delay, and it appears to be impossible to get a meeting of the Board before he leaves. TAE needs to act on this matter. Gouraud proposes an equal division of the said shares and other shares should be included as a dividend.
