[written from Mount Desert, ME] Reply to your inquiry about TAE giving up Gramercy Park. I'd previously advised you that if TAE gave it up on 1 Sept I would take it [possibly for his sister] but regret I can no longer do that. Will advise you soon of TAE's decision. Insull PS: "I have not the inventory of the furniture with me. It is in the safe deposit in NY & can not be taken out by anone but me."
