Title
[D8403ZHV], Letter from George Frederick Barker to Thomas Alva Edison, October 20th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Yrs of 16th rcd; I return here the proxy duly signed. "I agree with you entirely in believing that the Edison Light has suffered for the want of a more vigorous business management....." hope you'll get a "live element" for the board. Lord Rayleigh wants to see your factories and above all Pearl St. At my request, Martin gave me at Phila one of the third wire lamps; hope that's OK.
