- [HIGHLY SELECTABLE] Regarding the unsatisfactory manner in which the work in the engineering department has been handled. There have been delays upon turning out estiamtes incomplete filing of data. We must disolve the present organization and issue instructions to our engineering directly from this office. each engineer will be detailed to preform work inconnections with drawings and estimates. # After the 30th Mr Gilmore will be given charge of the office records of the Engineering department and will receive all special reports and enter the dates of the arrival of canvasses any papers will be handled to Gilmore by Guimarees. # In addition to Mr.Gilmore will prepare all estimates and make sure items are sent out on time.
