- Title
- [D8416AJE], Letter from Samuel Insull to George Edward Gouraud, February 4th, 1884
- Editor's Notes
- Returned to NYC Friday and next day "told Mr Edison about your proposals as to the Indian Colonial. Today we have been down to Drexel Morgan as Mr Edison has written you. I suppose the matter will now remain with you to put through. Edison, I think, will take hold of the Australian business and in fact the whole business of the Indian Colonial co. in some way or other if you so desire it, but in this matter I presume will have later correspondence." Had very rough voyage; was awful sick.
