- [RESPONSIBILITY FOR DYNAMO TESTING] Enclose letter from secy of Isolated Co; this complaint seems to have occurred frequently of late; "Is it owing to the fact that you discharged Johnson?" In reply to similar complaint from Western Edison, you sent statement showing the EELCo to take responsibility for machines after their tested, but this doesn't address the complaint. "Although theoretically the Light Co. test our machines, still, it is our duty to see that all machines are sent out in good condition. The Isolated Co. feels very strongly about this.
