Title
[D8416BAL], Letter from Samuel Insull to William Carman, March 29th, 1884
Editor's Notes
[SELECTABLE, OR AT LEAST TO NOTE] "The Edison Machine Works has been transferred to a corporation of that name, as per enclosed circular. All insurance should be immediately put into the name of the corporation. Please do not delay this a moment, as I am advised that if we had a fire, we would have no claim for insurance so long as the policies stand in the name of Thomas A. Edison."
