Regarding second estimate for Hillsdale MI (800 lights). Local co wants to put up their own building and subcontract pole line. "Inasmuch as we have yet to install a virgin plant in Michigan, we desire to assist Mr. Markle as much as we possible can, and in addition to making the concessions he requested, we eliminated $1,414 from the cost of material" to be supplied by us, bringing estimate to $19,400.
