- Insull re 65 gramercy reply to Pryor's to TAE D8403ZCF(4/29/1884) sends $400 check and says TAE intends to "occupy the house himself for the balance of the lease" Also thanks Pryor for info re accumulation of ashes in the basement. Further re $500 writes "being the amount in rent due on your house in Gramercy Park, so that for once your desire to be paid on the first of the month is gratified. # ,,, it is usual when people have accounts against us for them to send for the money when I is due, and if you would pursue this course on the first of each month you would save yourself any inconvenience from not receiving the money and us the trouble of having to send it to you.
