akc 5/10 re Middletown and Circleville "we do not think that we ought to be called upon to you you a full receipt fot the amount due us under the Middletown contract or of r 25% under the Circlevill contractu, until 30 days note has been taken up by you. We mayh mention that up to this writing we have been unable to get your note discounted. We presume this is owing to the fact that the drawer is so far away as Cincinatti, and the natural disinclination of New York banks in the present state of the money market here is to discount paper which they are not thoroughly famililar." Middleltown and Troy maps have been sent
