Abstract

[Consider for selection] In reply to yours of the 6th, I cannot understand why you should say we have never give reasons for the troubles. In every instnace we sen men at considerable expese to remedy the troubles which our men always say arise from ignorance. "I cannot understand why all the engines do not operate alike as the are all built as near alike as it is possible to do so."
