Yours of the 17th received and we will send our man and a mechanical expert and put the Shamokin machine in first class order at our expense. If the load is too big we will have it reduced to the capacity of the engine. Will fix at our expense whether or not it is your fault. Our man in Newburg says the engine is shamefully treated and would like to see you in NY to report. He knows the Shamokin engine too.
