- re yours of the 19th our response was not unreasonable. "if the fault is ours, we should be made to pay serverly for it." We are willing to take the small engines out but we will investigate your charge that they don't regulate properly and put fault where it bleongs. We didn't send an incompetent, just the best man under the circumstances, and we will send him again. Concerning VP of Newburgh he doesn't know our engines or is speaking of something else.
